Code: Following our release of Merlin Excalibur E2 images for the Dreamboxen 7025, 800 and 8000 is now the next step forward in the development of our E2 Images. We want to officially our new Merlin Excalibur E2 images) based on the new OE 1.6 (new kernel release, for the Dreamboxen 500HD, 800 and 8000. In addition, there are also still the same fresh, new image for the Dreambox 7025, based on OE 1.5 available (OE 1.6, there are not as well known for the 7025). The features of the Merlin Excalibur E2 images here have not changed significantly, once again the following technical data: Enigma2 from 14.03.2010 Plugins updated 14/03/2010 Enigma2 changes to the CVS by us are: * Skin.py, * Volume_py, * Wrap_around (skin independent wrap arround in all menus) * Cross-epg patch * Autofs (rw) The following extensions / plugins are already included in the image: * Merlin2shared (fonts, etc. for various plugins and skins) * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-Partnerbox * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-button quick * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-sherlock (on the Help button on the remote control) * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-ntfsautostart * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-merlinpg * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-dream explorer * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-dreamcc with preinstalled dccamd (Dreamcrypt) * Enigma2-plugin-extensions-addon manager * Enigma2-skin-merlin magic (default skin) * Enigma2-plugin-system plugins-auto resolution (800/8000) * Enigma2-plugin-system-network browser plugins * Portmap nfs-utils * Enigma2-plugin-system network server configuration plugin Samba is not included in the images, but can be installed as needed by using Addon Manager (package samba server) online. Mit DreamCC kann man den von DMM entwickelten dccamd starten und stoppen. Wir bieten jedoch auf dreambox-tools.info weder Emulatoren an, noch geben wir Support dafür. Nun einige wichtige Hinweise organisatorischer Art, bitte lest diese sorgfältig durch! * Die neuen Merlin Excalibur E2 Images, mit Ausnahme der 7025, sind nicht über ein Software Update einspielbar, die Images müssen komplett neu geflasht werden! * Unser Software/Addon Feed für die Merlin Excalibur Images OE 1.5 wird mittelfristig etwa noch einen Monat Online sein, danach wird er abgeschalten und es läuft dann nur noch der OE 1.6 Feed. Die Ausnahme hierbei bildet aus oben genannten Gründen natürlich die Dreambox 7025. * Multiboot für die neuen Images ist von uns nicht getestet, die entsprechenden Kernel Treiber sind jedoch in den Images enthalten. Power Of Dreams HD 1.1 OE 1.5 for DM800
We are pleased to offer an update of our image POD HD. This version combines all the current update (version 2.8.1 OE 1.5). The following changes are also included: - Added default plugins autotimer, Rytec EPC Sandbox TimerOptimizer, Startuptostandby. - Modificiation which allowed the load without restarting the EPG Rytec Enigma2 has been removed, this caused occasional crashes. At each daily update, then restarts Enigma2. The plugin allows to automatically Startuptostandby the demo on standby after the restart. - Improved compatibility with many skins. - DLC now offers many skins and many more plugins (including VirtualZap example). FAQ: If I made an update by the DLC POD 1.0, I'll have a 1.1? -> No, the changes are too numerous, you must download and install the 1.1 Do I absolutely need to update? -> No! If you are happy with the way your dream work, do not change. If you want to enjoy the last changes however, do not hesitate! What does this output changes to POD HD 1.0? -> POD HD 1.0 will no longer be updated, except in case of critical changes. If you want an image update, install this one Is this a image OE 1.6?-> No, POD HD 1.1 is a picture OE 1.5, also probably the last of this 'series' since the next version will probably be a 1.6. For now, OE 1.5 is more stable than 1.6 OE Can I install Barry Allen multiboot? -> You can, provided you have an image in flash OE 1.5 recently. That said, if you are looking maximin reliability, we do recommandont NOT to do. Indeed, the operation ends in multiboot mixture of two images that may not have been made to work together.
