First of all i want to thank you for the great job you are blowing in our forum.
then i have a very difficult problem with my T800 , after transformation to STARMAX with success few days after i tried to go back to tiger menu. the receiver hanged on this message (SW is wrong please download again2) and the front panel went out (black) . now the receiver is not responding to any loader and the following message is given (Customer in SW is not the same as in box).
I tried with the following loaders but the result was the same. Loader Tiger 8M,Dz_GN2500HD Loader V1.0,اللودر,erom_upgrade_3606-1.

I need your help with a software containing the customer data because the receiver is not responding even to the dump files of both tiger and starmax.

I saw what happened to you with Member SAMEHSSA, and i think that you did the right thing.
Concerning my problem with T800, i'm still waiting for a solution if there is one.
If you see that you cannot help don't feel confused. and just tell me that my box cant be repaired and i will forget it.

Still waiting for your answer and thank you or any one who can help in advance.

I'm writing in english because my keyboard doesnt contain arabic alphabet.
